CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS

INITIAL CONSULTATION

This stage begins with a consultation with our diamond experts. You get to tell us about your diamond and design preferences, budget, timelines and everything we need to know. We work with you to guide you through your selection process.

REFINE YOUR DESIGN

Once we have established your preferences, we show you a sketch to help you visualize what your final piece will look like. Design adjustments can be made at this phase. This process takes 2 working days.

COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN (CAD)

Once agreed upon, we move to develop CAD images with three angles of your piece for an actual first look of your design. Once approved, design adjustments cannot be made. At this point in the process, we will require a 50% deposit. This process takes 3-5 business days.

WE DIG IN AND GET TO WORK

At this point in the process, our expert artisans work to bring your vision to life. Your diamond expert will let you know timelines. As a guide, our pieces typically take 15-20 working days from the date of approval/deposit.

QUALITY CHECK

Every piece is stress tested to ensure durability as well as ensuring it meets the the design specifications as agreed.

READY FOR DELIVERY/PICK UP

We will share images with you as soon as your piece is complete. At this stage, the balance is requested and once received, we are happy to send your ring your way. All our pieces are shipped fnsured and require signature on receipt. If you would like to pick it up however, please inform your client advisor to arrange your preferred pick up date and time.
